Even though the director was aware if the time and place of service, he was a no-show. The family did not have bulletins or the ashes for the service. At best, the director failed to communicate with the bereaved, and at worst, he failed to follow through on the agreement he made with them.

I’ve called this funeral home multiple times for information and the phone just rings. It goes to a generic voicemail system, and no one ever calls back. If this is an indication on how they treat the deceased, I would never use this funeral home!

They are very nice and good to family members that are having a hard time getting the things ready for your loved ones. Thank you for your services for our family.
