I would like to say thank you to Lisa and family for making the process, hard as it was, as easy as it could be. Very pleasant family and we appreciate everything they did for our family.

They did a very poor job of handling the arrangements of a close friend. I had earlier experiences with them that were outstanding, but the above noted experience tainted my view of their services.
