Worse experience I’ve been apart of. They are very controlling and have to accommodate them and they do not care about the grieving family. The casket that was picked out wasn’t even the one that we buried him in. Shane was very judgy and kept saying if we have money. Do not recommend.

They were very accommodating. Koontz is the family prefered funeral home, been using them 40 years and never had a complaint.
