Difficult to reach but do return phone calls abd are very empathetic with the bereaved. My family was very satisfied with the service and how my dad's funeral was handled almost 3 years ago.

No one is ever available to help you. You can call and have basic questions but seems like no one is ever around to answer them. If you have the time to sit around have someone return your phone call this is the perfect place for you.
