A/c was not working and did not do anything about it! After asking various times to do something about the A/C they didn’t give any solutions. No box fans no coolers nothing. It got as high as 82 in the facility. Lady that was assisting was only nice to the immediate family and was rude to everyone…

Joey and the staff of Vazquez Funeral Home in Pasadena took such great care of my family and I after the loss of my stepfather. They think of everything and they were always very easy to communicate with for any questions that came up. The facilities were nice and plenty of room.
