About West-Hurtt Funeral Home

West-Hurtt Funeral Home is an independently owned funeral home serving the DeSoto, Texas area. As a full-service provider, they offer both cremation and traditional burial services, giving families flexibility in how they choose to honor their loved ones. Pricing starts at $1,675 for direct cremation and $1,920 for traditional burial, which are notably low starting points and likely fall in the budget-to-mid-range category for the local market, though families should confirm what is included in those base prices. The home holds a 4.3-star rating on Google across 22 reviews, which reflects a generally positive reputation, though the relatively small number of reviews means that rating may not yet represent a broad cross-section of experiences.
