About Ted Dickey West Funeral Home
Ted Dickey West Funeral Home is a full-service funeral home in Dallas operating as part of Service Corporation International (SCI), the largest corporate funeral chain in the United States — families who prefer an independently or locally owned provider may want to keep that in mind. They offer a full range of services including cremation, traditional burial, and body transportation for out-of-state arrangements, which reviewers note was handled smoothly in at least one case involving repatriation to another state. Pricing data was not available for this location, so it's worth requesting an itemized General Price List directly from the funeral home to compare costs against other Dallas-area providers before making a decision. Customers consistently rate them highly at 4.8 stars across 147 reviews, with repeated praise for specific staff members — particularly a funeral director named Jennifer — who are described as communicative, patient, and attentive; no significant complaint patterns appear in the available reviews.

5 months agoWhen my father passed, we had worked with a very large cemetery here in Dallas. And it was not a great experience!! However, working with Ted Dickey has been an absolute seamless wonderful process. We felt like we were their only clients they were dealing with. Very special attention.
