Be prepared to see your loved one just on a table and nothing more, unprofessional, unsanitary (you will have hairs in your loved one’s ashes), uncooperative they care neither about the family nor the loved one you’ve trusted to be there with them. Clicks will let the body rot. Staff is beyond rude.
