Very poor communication. Was told to be there at a certain time and didn’t begin until two hours later. My family is ashamed

Extremely poor time management skills, they did not show up on the agreed time making me and my family look completely unprepared. Would not recommend their services to anyone expecting a professional interaction. I wouldn't suggest using this funeral homes services unless you want to be let down.
