Very dissatisfied with preparation of my dear handsome brother. It was the worst preparation I have ever seen. He didn’t even resemble himself I thought funeral directors talents reached higher expectations…….also no doorman provided during visiting hours. Unhappy experience all the way around

My friend had a funeral here, and after being paid in full, the funeral director demanded more money during the wake. I can't imagine a worse experience when losing a dear friend. I am heartbroken.
