We purchased a cremation package and have called several times to change and follow up regarding the funeral service scheduled for this Thursday. Unfortunately, we have not received any response. We would appreciate a prompt call back to confirm the arrangements and ensure everything is in order.

We used Vondel and Smith for both my parents and they did a beautiful job for both Mom and Dad. They are very caring and took care of everything for us. The facility is so beautiful and kept clean; they took time to make this difficult time so peaceful for us.
