Marquise (sp) was, in my opinion, not too kind when speaking to my relative re: his inquiry on funeral services. In the past, this rating would have been a 5-start as Mrs. Genny Mason (who I imagine has since retired) was always so kind and sweet to my family during our bereavement times.
