I've been calling for a month to find out where my dad's plot is. Website says call and get someone any time. I get a weird digital voice. I leave a voicemail and never get a response. My dad only has a week or two left and this has been a nightmare.

I’ve never had a problem with this cemetery, but we went there yesterday and both grave arrangements (2 separate sites) were gone. In a a document dated 2017, it says no artificial flowers. We’ve used artificial flowers this whole time! We are not a happy family right now!
