Extremely disorganized. The funeral directors are also very insensitive and not helpful at all. This is more of a venue. Don’t expect any help with funeral preparation or planning. They never get back to you when you have questions if you call or email. Very disappointed with my experience

My brothers funeral was supposed to be prepaid but when it came the time to use it they wanted more money up to $4,000 to complete the funeral.Very disappointed.
