Extremely poor customer service. Very rude receptionist. Trying to take advantage of a grieving family. I always held this business in very high regards until actually having them take care of my mother-in-law's funeral. Highly unprofessional business - should be avoided.

I gave you 1 star because I have had to wait for your web page to update for obituary. It appears after the memorial. Especially when friends live out if Manistee. Four times this year 2017 already
