Ruck did an absolutely amazing job for our family with my Dad's death. They were kind, patient and compassionate and my Dad looked the way he did before he was hospitalized. We greatly appreciate all they did and highly recommend them.

Not a pleasant experience due to evident arrrogance and greed. No personalisation from one funeral to the next. Cold attitudes at a time when warmth is needed. It is unfortunate to see this in this particular industry.
