Do not choose them if at all possible. I don't believe they refrigerated my husband. He was picked up within a few hours of his passing. Be aware that embalming is a scam to get extra money if done for any cremations! They should use ice and schedule pickup. Embalming is not even required in the State of Massachusetts.
