This home came to the VA in Danville Illinois and treated our Veteran and family with the least respect for the Veteran. If you want your Veterans treated with respect they deserve, please don't use them!

Horrible communication. Don't answer when you call. Didn’t come to graveside when they were supposed to. Everyone standing around waiting to get into chapel. Don't use them. Find someone else. Horrible experience. Don't return calls. Unbelievable.

The staff there was amazing. They were sensitive, courteous, and went WAY out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed at the time we were lost and confused by our loss. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. You guys are the best!
