It is never okay for someone to say "Are you in or are you out?" to a grieving family about attending services. Please talk to your team about possible options of things to say that are not this. It takes no extra time to be kind.

It's a beautiful place but my flowers or whatever l put out there's someone that always steals them! I'm disappointed in the people that are in charge of this, l think it's the ground's keeper's that are stealing them. You should look at the people that works the ground's.
