I was extremely disappointed in the service provided during the recent passing of our dad. There was no guidance for our family and no planning for the actual service. My dad had prepaid his funeral and so our family feels like that that is the reason that we were so basically ignored

I would like to thank Don and his staff for handling my mom's funeral. They have made a difficult process much easier to cope with. They did equally well with my father in 2007. I have my reservations made here also when that time arrives. Thank yall again for everything!
