I was very disappointed with the service I received. The director, Howard, was very dishonest. He still owes me $200.00 and avoids my calls and voicemails. Each time I try to go by to get my money, no one is ever there. I will never recommend the New JMW funeral home to anyone.

I give 5 stars my mom just passed away Saturday and she had a hard death in the hospital with a lot of swelling and Mr. Howard did a good job to make sure she looked as much like herself as possible he is by far the most reasonably priced funeral home in the Birmingham area.
