I was very disappointed and furious when my mom was buried. She passed in 2013. I was very specific in what I wanted. My sister was also. My mom wanted no viewing, closed casket. Graveside only with just her children and grandkids present. Brown's totally ignored what we wanted.

The staff went above and beyond their call of duty, to make sure everything was taken care of. I am glad I chose Browns and have no regrets.

Harland was wonderful with us when my father, George Higginbotham, passed away. He was very sweet to my Mama and explained everything to us. With my Daddy having served in the Navy, Harland was able to contact the appropriate people to give him a Military burial. That meant the world to our family. …
